I was 6 and my neighbor baby sat me once in a while. Her toddler had diapers and she gave me two for my doll I had. I was curious and wore them. My brother did walk in on me but I just took them off and he never asked or brought it up later on.
I rediscovered them but goodnights at 15 when I hit puberty and masturbation. I realized it helped keep toys/objects inside when I would hump my pillow or stuffed animal. I was probably 18 or 19 when I started wetting them and messing them soon after. My little side is only about a year and learning.
